Learn helps you understand the science of everything you’re experiencing. Pain, breathing, visualization, stretching, pacing, and gratitude are all concepts that I go over in this course. Learning each concept safely and at your own pace is very important for success. So, I’ll teach you all of it!


Rewire is jam-packed with audio guides and writing exercises. During these we review how to calm your hypersensitive nervous system and retrain the brain. That way, it sends more feel good, happy chemicals to your body instead of the negative, grey-cloud feelings.


Move is a series of gentle progressive body exercises. Breath-work, light stretches, core stabilization, and pelvic floor muscle coordination make up this part of the course.
